All our products are linked to the Global live metal prices in order to provide physical products at the most competitive rates, whether buying or selling.
You may notice that the prices of our products are continuously changing. The prices move according to the market data with refresh rates of under 30 seconds enabling the discerning investor to trade physical precious metals with the comfort that their investment is based in the global markets.
- Place your order: Shop through our online store, select the product you would like to buy and add it to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout.
- Pay via PayGate: PayGate’s online payment gateway provides a convenient and secure platform to make payment.
- Proof of Payment: Once you have paid a payment notification will be sent to us and to you.
- Deliver: As soon as the funds have cleared in our account and the order is ready, an email will be sent to you with the courier company details and waybill number to track your order.
Online Payment Gateway
Silk Route Gold (Pty) Ltd has teamed up with PayGate payment systems and all online payments are processed through this gateway.
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Silk Route Gold (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card transactions will be acquired for Silk Route Gold (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Silk Route Gold (Pty) Ltd has a strict no refund policy on items that are bought, excluding that of which are for damaged goods. Goods that are damaged can be returned in their same packaging to Silk Route Gold (Pty) Ltd within 10 business days of purchasing. Each item returned due to damage must have a description of why the item has been returned. If Silk Route Gold (Pty) Ltd deems the product to be damaged, we will replace the product with a more suitable one. Thus, no monetary refund will be given for any products.
Silk Route Gold (Pty) Ltd undertakes to buy back its online bought products at a market related price. Please contact us for more information.
A Certificate of Authenticity is provided with each product purchased. The Certificate indicates the product description, weight and purity of the metal.
SRG offers the option to store your investment products in a Secure Vault. Contact us for pricing and more information.
Each minted product is encased in an airtight acrylic capsule. This ensure that the minted product is not exposed to natural elements and makes sure that the minted product cannot be touched. If the minted product is removed from the acrylic capsule, be sure not to handle it or touch it without gloves, as this can lead to finger prints being lift on the minted product.
